Teasers and Works in Progress

Here are a couple of the stories that I've started and not yet finished, as well as some of the ideas I've had that I'm fondest of. The first is in the form of a teaser released to the FFML; it may or may not actually get written. The next two are stories that I've begun writing. I've got a number of other unfinished stories, but these are the ones that have a fair amount written for them, as well as being the stories I might actually get around to finishing someday.

For the first story, I've included as much of the beginning as is done. (I tend to jump around, writing parts of a story as the inspiration strikes me. I'm as likely to start writing a story at the end or somewhere in the middle as I am to start from the beginning.)

Finally, a few of the ideas I'm fondest of, and would most like to do. If there's one that particularly strikes your fancy, let me know, and I may bump it up in the queue. Or not.

What's in a Name?

A teaser for a suggested Ranma cross-over. I'd actaully like to write this - I've got a fair number of ideas for the overall plot and for individual plot elements - but it requires getting a fair working knowledge of the manga series involved. I'm just not sure when I'll have the time.

Am I Happy?

Haunted by terrifying nightmares, Ranma attempts to commit suicide. Akane and Cologne manage to save him, but now Ranma's acting oddly indeed. Why is he so nice to Akane? When did he learn to speak Chinese? Why has Akane been kidnapped? What's going on?

Once Upon a Time in Poictesme

Ranma and Ryoga find themselves trapped in a strange world filled with stranger characters. Will they be willing to make the sacrifices necessary to get back home? A Ranma/Grimms' Fairy Tales/James Branch Cabell crossover.

Rainy Day Blues

Unable to sleep, Faust has a long talk with Lorelei. A Saber Marionette J story, set after the Mata, Mata Saber Marionette J OAV series.

Cutting the Strings

Makoto Mizuhara encounters the three priestesses of Mount Muldoon - Lime, Cherry, and Bloodberry - while racing to deny his arch enemy Hanagata access to the ultimate weapon, Ifurita. A Saber Marionette J/El Hazard fusion.
